Every year a cohort of promising university graduates from disadvantaged communities across South Africa joins STS for professional training, mentorship and real work experience, inside a structured support network.
From a testing company to a technology group
STS began in 2006 as Software Testing Solutions, a software quality assurance company in South Africa. Banks, insurers, telcos and public institutions trusted it with their most important releases.
The group grew around that core: our own platforms from 2011, then software engineering, financial technology, talent and new ventures, with teams in Johannesburg, Dubai and London. Through it all we have stayed focused on what matters most: trusted relationships, quality, and technology that helps organisations achieve more.
